If we could give zero stars we would. Beware! Look at his ****** reviews and believe them before seeking any assistance from this business. My husband called specifically seeking a specific service on our 2013 ****** van. This is a continual issue that has been pulled up on my husbands diagnostic code reader pointing directly to the issue. My husband was quoted over $1300 worth of repair work that included cabin air filter (which was replaced by my husband in Jan 2023), air filter, brake light switch and brake relay, replace ABS module that was completely fine PRIOR to bringing it into this shop. Now we have more lights on our dash that need attention than before bringing it to this shop. Makes us feel there was tampering done so that it would prove there were more issues than just the one we brought it in for so wed have to pay for. The battery was disconnected and lost all memory (could have used a memory saver) that my husband discovered while picking it up. My husband refused the quote and still had to pay $184.42 for diag level 1 and $10.09 for shop supply. Makes us feel like this is a shop is fishing to take advantage of people and their apparent lack of basic car knowledge to get more money from people rather than performing honest work. Owner is a bully who makes the customer feel stupid for not agreeing Card ******* to his recommendations. We will tell **everyone** to not go here.

I am not sure why you think we did you a disservice the way i understand is that you brought us the van with abs/ brake light on for us to diagnosis the problem and it sounds like they did figure out what was wrong with van and that you did not agree with the estimate at that point yes you were charged the amount that you paid we would have not moved forward with the diagnosis without your approval as far as the battery being disconnected sometimes you have to reset the modules/ computers to check just like you do at home on resetting your laptop or computer. we will always do a courtesy inspection when we look at a car or van it is just a free service, we do for all customers. here at north brady in addition we will print the factory scheduled Maintenace as well as any service bulletins and i would say yes you were charged for looking at your van any questions i will be happy to help thank you *****
