I contacted the Raynor ************ in July 2021 to have an employee check an overlay board that had come loose on the lower portion of my garage door. This had happened back in August 2019 on the same door , but on the other side. An employer came to my house August 5th, 2021 to check out the door. He said the overlay had shrunk which caused the nails to pull out. He told me the person who fixed my door in 2019 had retired and he himself could not repair it for me. He said he would talk with his boss and get back to me in a couple days. Unfortunately that never happened. I have called them over five times, the last time in November. Once again they never called me back. I asked to talk to the manager, but he was out and was told he would call me back. Never received a call from him. I am in receipt of complaint ******** from ***********************. I have reached out to **************** and let her know she is looking for a service we are unable to provide. We do have access to the material, which I have quoted her a price on, and let her know that she would need to hire a ********* to install it as it is not something our service personal are able to do.
