the morenos bought a house being represented by their own realtor i was represented by a diffrent realtor
the house was 100% completed on outside the inside was trimmed out they were shown selections of all lights and plumbing fixtures because they were not installed yet
they chose to change 4 lights and were able to pick out paint colors also counter tops were approved by the morenos before install
the homeowners hired their own whole house inspector who found no issues the house received occupancy inspections through the city of bettendorf meanig all plumbing ,electrical , heating and ac, fire place structure were approved by the city
morenos did a final walk through of house with their realtor and had no issues the next day at closing no issues were brought up
the first weekend he messaged about air condition not working we could not test system because of the winter weather i lined up a tech to look at the following monday but morenos figured out system just was not turned on
3 weeks later ************************* was sending irate messages to everyone involved in the process upset because Best Buy and cable company could not figure out how to hook his tv and cable which i am not apart of or was never asked to help out with
3 weeks after closing he is claiming i ****** in their sinks and left it ****** on their floors and left it but not at final walk through or closing was this brought up
they picked out a different backsplash for kitchen in January we were given a date of april 11 for arrival i suggested they try something else because all the labor and material shortages they said they would wait but not date has moved to july 6 out of my control
i have pictures of the house before closing inside and out i have all emails and signed contracts
in his first email ************************* said he was starting a smear campaign
i have given my lawyer all emails pictures but will continue to honor all house related issues given in my warranty
