*** Murrell has consistently not delivered on having items fixed in our new home. I have gone thru every means possible to correct these issues: my realtor, his realtor, our closing attorney, multiple face to face conversations. *** is failed to complete the "punch list" and now saying he will not fix the rest of the items, which can be well over 20k to fix. I am still under the one year home warranty.I have provided all documentation to *** and our closing lawyer. Additionally, I have every email printed out to provide to a lawyer or litigation provider.Business response

we never said we would not cover warranty issues the homeowners purchased a house that was being trimmed out all cabinets and builtins were done trim was going up
we showed them all selections for lights counter tops plumbing fixtures because of supply chain issues we order months in advance now
all plumbing was in place and passed inspections
now after moving in homeowners want to move plumbing pipes and sinks fixtures change out cabinets to allow for more sinks and do not want to pay so they say i owe them the money
homeowners also want money credited for them hiring a cable company to hook up cable
they want credit for hiring a company to hook up their personal tvs and computers
when we meet him in person he said he would start a smear campaign if we didnt give him money even sent emails stating this to my realtor
we have all signed documents with purchase agreement and passed his personal whole house he signed a final walk through
in 20 plus years of business our first complaint to BBB we have had repeat customers on new construction and remodels we have built houses for people then through great experience have built for their friends and family so we spend zero dollars on advertising so anyone who reads this and questions this contact me and i can have you meet some homeowners who will tell you how they fell i can also provide some more information about this project

I am rejecting this response because: the claims are 100% false. *** has been a poor communicator since day one. We continually asked for communications/updates and he blatantly ignored us. I have all the texts, emails, images, invoices to prove his actions or non-actions. I welcome the opportunity to meet with a litigation/mediation lawyer to work thru these issues. Further, I would also welcome anyone in the dispute process to come to the home as see the issues. The issues are obvious. I am not asking for anything extras as him claims. Just want the punch list to be completed correctly. Nothing more.To be 100% clear, I am not starting a "smear campaign". I am a consumer. I bought a house. I have been very frustrated and disappointed in *** Murrell Homes. I have taken EVERY STEP in the mediation process for months before contacting BBB and other agencies. I have talked in person with my realtor, his relator, our closing attorney, and multiple face to face conversations with *** to correct these issues....and here we are. Before I purchased, I did references checks, BBB review, and online reviews. I saw nothing. It is very important to tell the truth and be open about my experience for other consumers to be informed.

I can provide all documentation with his name and address in them I can provide emails with his name and realtors names on them
I can provide his final walkthrough report it will have his name and address
he wants money and nothing else will satisfy him I do not owe him any money this was not a pre sold house where we start from scratch its a build that was almost done that they walked through and decided themselves that this was better than any other house they went through and chose this one
