We went under contract with Enhanced Homes Property Management to manage a remote rental property we own in *********, ** (we've attached the signed agreement in this complaint). The company agreed to manage/coordinate all maintenance on the property. It came to light that the company was not providing services that they billed us for and in addition, were negligent in management resulting in damage to the property. Our services with them began in November 2021 and we terminated them in February 2022. The company was supposed to coordinate gas service so the property could be heated, which was not done in a timely manner and resulted in frozen/burst pipes. The company also claimed that certain charges on our billing statement included cleaning of the property, which never occurred. When this came to light we terminated our agreement with them. We have not heard back since we terminated our agreement except to receive a final owner's statement that has false/fraudulent charges on it. We paid the company $1,115 total; based on actual services performed the company owes us at least $300 back but the company claims based on their fraudulent statements that we actually still owe them $65. They are withholding a "retainer" fee for future work. Since seeing this **** we've repeatedly reached out via email and phone, and no one will answer any of our communications.
