    This company is terrible, they do not do good work. Our window/caulking job looks terrible and they will not fix it. They are too busy to come back and work on it. They have put us on the back burner for almost 2 months and now they say they won't repair some terrible cuts they did, like above our garage door. But the owner '**** Peterson' said today that they he will not redo what we are not happy with. **** Peterson said if we don't pay the whole total amount he will *** us. I called him the 1st day of the window trim work and tried to share some concerns that I was seeing. He yelled at me for calling him on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. He screamed so loud and over talked me that I could not get a word in at all. I finally just hung up on him. He was so angry at me for just trying to be nice and let him know of a few things I could see wrong. My husband is trying to deal with him and he is so frustrated that he told him today to just leave because **** Peterson was yelling at my husband and he said to him "you better pay me or I will *** you!". We are so fed up that they will not even try to do anything like fix the bad caulking job they did around the windows or recut more aluminum to try to fix the trimming around the windows. **** Peterson told my husband today that he will not redo the window trims. I would like something done about this. This owner **** Peterson doesn't care about his customers and/or if they are happy or not with the work they did. We owe the company over $30,000 for this lousy work. It is such a bad shady job, the company should not be in business. I am sorry but I cannot honestly even give them a 1 star. We have never dealt with a company this bad before.

    ******, I am sorry my company could not make you happy, however, I have to begin this response to you by letting you know about the warning text your husband sent to us while we were roofing your house but not yet finished. He said you have serious OCD and everything had to be cleaned up where it was before we got there. I didn't have any concerns about that comment at the time because I know my company does whatever it takes to make our customers happy. My track record of being in business under the same name for over thirty years with very few complaints proves this. In response to your complaints;Your unjustified concerns started with a very long voicemail over a minor item. My son and I addressed it with your husband *** well before your voicemail and he said he would take care of it. We asked if he was sure about that and he said, "yes". This conversation happened with *** before you left the long voicemail about the same concern we had just discussed with ***. Also, I previously addressed the concerns you called about on that Saturday night at 8:30 with ***. I spoke with *** on Saturday afternoon, just before I left, and let him know that we have a few things left to do and that I would go over the entire job with him after we finished to make sure you are both happy. Apparently, *** did not communicated that to you. You called a few hours later and started complaining incessantly even though we were not finished. I let you know that I was taking care of my wife, who had recently had a stroke, and that it was Saturday night and that we could go over your concerns during working hours. I do admit I was angry with your call because it was after hours and because I had just asked *** to let you know to hold any concerns until we were finished. During our conversation I apologized to you for being angry. I did not yell or swear at you. Presently we have addressed all of your concerns even though many were not related to our workmanship. You are not being truthful in your review. We are very concerned with our customers and do not swear or yell at them. Your review is seriously flawed and outdated and should be changed. Your concerns have been addressed and I assumed you were happy when you finally paid in full for the work done with no additional concerns. We also included $800.00 worth of free downspouts as a goodwill gesture. I see our goodwill had no effect because you left an unwarranted bad review. I would encourage you to leave your address on your response so others can see the quality of our work. I am sure you are a nice person once someone gets to know you and I regret we never met.You don't know me but your review was definitely met to harm me and my family as we are a small local business. I do not hold that against you and I truly hope you can find happiness in this imperfect world.I hope you are able to show mercy towards others for their imperfections. Sincerely, **** Peterson
