Toxic work environment, poor management and unethical practices. Supervisors are unprofessional and lack management skills. Employee are not given appropriate training and are given work assignments that are overwhelming. Employees routinely are required to complete the work of two the three employees and are criticized when they are not able to keep up. Employee schedules are made but are not realistic. Employees frequently leave their shifts 1-2 hours late due to large workloads. Due to this there is a lot of turn over. Animals are increasingly being euthanized for unethical reasons. Animals are routinely adopted and brought back to the shelter due to lack of education on how to socialize a rescue to a new home. All around this company lacks professionalism, ethics and organization.Review from Chris C

Animal Rescue League is an amazing organization. They are true to their mission and put it above all else.I have had experience with their adoption program and been in their stores. Everything they do is professional, timely, and with great customer service. No wonder they are ****'s first non-profit to receive the BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics....twice! While a non-profit, they do business right.
