    I took my husband's car to them to get his windows tinted. My husband is very particular about his car and spends a lot of time and effort to keep it looking brand new while the damage may seem small to others it is a big deal to him and he sees it every time he gets in his car. They had his car for the day to tint the windows. When we picked it up that night the business was closed. Once we got it home we realized there were rips in his leather. I contacted the business the next day which was in November to see how we could get this resolved. They would not answer my phone calls so I emailed and never heard a response. Then I sent a ******** message with photos and they told me that on December 8th they were submitting to insurance. Dec 17, Jan 2, and Jan 5 I sent FB messages with no response until 1/6/2022. they said they were still waiting for a response. On Feb 8 I reached out again and they said they would contact their insurance, On Feb 10th I asked for a claim number so we could follow up and got no response. Reached out again on Feb 24 and Mar 1st with no response and now they have blocked me.

    I got a full wrap around on March 2nd, 2022. Saw so many ads on ******** about their professional tint installation called about got a quote. They said it would be ******. After I had payed with card and saw the transaction on my phone, there was a ***** difference. He then told me yeah 320 is the cash price immediately irritated, but it was a professional install with warranty. So I went on about my day.. get in my car and notice theres a residue ALL over my back window. I goto the car wash three times and end up going to buy window cleaner and just wipe it off. So a few days go by and I notice deep scratches, bubbling, and one of the windows were completely off line with the window. Messaged them about getting it fixed. They said no problem! Got it in on the 10th and go the old flaws fixed. Mind you its snowing and I didnt see the point in taking it to the car wash with the salt on the road. Itll be right back on there you know. So I wait until the road dry and goto the car wash then I notice all of the deep scratches left by the installers. Messaged them that same day. I got an automated response saying they were gone/closed and will open up at 9am the next day. But then remember the lady that agreed with all of the first jobs flaws, said they were closed on mondays. So I just wait for a response from the photos and videos I sent. No response so I send a follow up message asking if theyve seen the pics/videos Ive sent. They opened the message and have yet to respond. Going on a week since I sent the videos and pictures, and 3 days since the follow up message. Very unprofessional, and condescending they way the women tried to say the scratches I was referring to were on the window its self.
