We bought flooring from Lowes 5 Oct *************************************************** Installation was to be **** February 2022. They no show no called on Wednesday 9 Feb 2022, and 1 April 2022, they came on 10 and 11 Feb. then said they would need to come Saturday. I asked them to leave at 8pm on Saturday and they were still not done. They refused to put on the board that goes to the top of the stairs. And the finishing work they did was awful. There are seams in the flooring that are not together completely and there is a spot where the boards are coming apart from uneven flooring under the new flooring. All the trim work was done very poorly. ****** from Keller said he would not be happy it this was done in his home. They offered us $850 only. That will not cover my lost wages when they no showed and no called those days. And will not cover the repairs/replacements. I countered with $1700 and they fix the 3 spots that the warranty should cover. They refused. I attached a few of the photos. I have more if needed.Business response

I am writing to respond to the letter sent by your office in regards to *** Turnipseeds claim on our business.
We are addressing the issues the customer has with the installation. We have a repair appointment set up for Tuesday, May 24th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. Here we will address the flooring issues and concerns form the customer.
We have been in communication with the customer and are actively working to correct the issues. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need.
