I was seen at this location on two separate occasions to have teeth pulled. I had insurance and also paid for services at the time of my visits. I then received my EOB's from the insurance company and realized I had overpaid. I contacted them on 1/6/2023 and spoke with **. I asked if he could send me a refund for the overpayment. He said he would get that taken care of. After waiting almost 4 weeks and not receiving the refund, I tried contacting the office on 4 separate days and was unable to reach anyone. I also left voicemails asking that someone return my call to no avail. The fifth time I called, I reached ******* who told me she had just sent in the information to have my refund processed to the home office, this was on February 7th. I have not received a refund and have attempted to contact them, including leaving messages. I was able to reach the office today and was told by ******* that she could contact the administrator and let them know I called. I asked for a direct contact number to the home office and she said there wasn't one and all she could do was email them. I still have no refund and feel I am getting the runaround.

On 6/8 I went in for an appointment , I knew what I needed so I asked the receptionist for a quote before I saw the dentist receptionist quoted me a price and I refused the services and told them I would pass. Fast forward about 4 weeks later , they filed a claim with my insurance company and billed me 65 dollars for services that were never provided I never even saw the dentist ? Upon looking at the reviews on ****** it seems that this business does the same thing to other people , I have called multiple times and they just keep telling me someone will call me back and every time I call back to check on it the receptionist is just angry and has a horrible attitude

Emergency Dental billed my insurance company stating they placed a crown that was never placed. I have contacted them letting them know that this charge is incorrect and requested they correct this situation (this has not been done). I told them that I will not be coming back to their business due to how the dentist treated me. He was angry, rough, and continue to drill even though there was not enough Novocain to numb the area where he was working. I tried to tell him, however; he would become angry and leave on multiple occasions to go work on another patient (once he told the tech to "clean her up I'll be back"). I left their office that day traumatized (Saturday). I contacted them multiple times on Sunday because my mouth was painful and my cheek was swollen. The dentist finally called me back late on Sunday and told me that he was a little rough in my mouth and this could be the cause of the swelling. I then contacted my regular dentist on Monday and went in to be assessed by them. They stated that the area he was working on had the start of an abscess and they put me on an antibiotic. I returned to my normal dentist after 1 week and they told me I now needed a root canal due to the infection and they completed replacing the crown that I had originally gone to Emergency Dental to have them complete. Emergency Dental charged me for placing the final crown which they did not place. They also have not reversed the charge to my dental insurance and filed a claim for work that they never did. Therefore; I had to pay out of pocket for my normal dentist to correct the treatment that was done by Emergency Dental. I have contacted Emergency Dental requesting the billing to be corrected and a refund to be issued. Their administration still has never contacted me regarding this matter.
