On September 20, 2021, *********************** received testing provided at ************** Partnership by Radiology Partners ********************** Blue Shield had a network savings of $1,030.86. Radiology Partners **** **** $1,184.00. **** ultimately owed Radiology Partners **** $200.50 after the network savings and amount paid by *********** which has been paid. Representatives from ******************* have contacted Radiology Partners as well as *********************** and ******************************* (wife and insured) multiple times. Radiology Partners **** states it takes 3 - 4 weeks to check into issue. Another bill was received yesterday for $913.00. Radiology Partners has adjusted the billing by $70.50 but has not adjusted the remaining $913.00. It has been 8 months of trying to get resolution both by Virginia's employer's health provider's contact and the Piersons. Radiology Partners **** is trying to frauduantly trying to receive money not due to them and against their contract with ********** Blue Shield for network savings. Email paper trail and copies of ******** and letter to Radiology Partners of Iowa can be provided. ******** is filing this complaint as she has the health insurance for **** through her employer. We would like Radiology Partners **** to own up to their part of the agreement with ********** Blue Shield and complete writing off the $913.00 they still claim is owed by the Piersons which is actually and network savings they are to be writing off. ****'s phone number is ************. Radiology Partners **** phone number on bill is ************. ****'s account number is ********** with them. We want them to correct the billing of $913.00 to show that it was part of their network savings agreement with ********** and zero out ****'s charges. We have paid what we owed of $200.50. **** is aware this complaint is being made.
