      Terrible, I will not ever return to this disgusting facility again! We checked in, staff not helpful, didnt tell us about the breakfast or the need to get new wristbands each day. No phone in our room to call front desk. I had to go and ask for towels, treated as if it was inconvenient to help me. Our bed sheets were uncomfortable as they had been torn & sewn. The bathroom pocket door had lock missing & in desperate need of oiling. The toilet lid needs to be secure as its just hanging on. The hotel policy for room cleaning is they clean on the third day of your stay, unless you request it before. I went to the front desk the night of our first day & requested our room to be cleaned on the second day. The man at the counter said he would let them know. We left the next morning by 7:15 & returned around 4:30 in the afternoon. I thought wed been gone long enough to have come back & our room wouldve been cleaned, but it wasnt. So, I returned to the front counter and asked about my room not being cleaned. Again, the man didnt seem to care. Not a single sorry or well get it taken care of. Then I told him to just give me fresh towels. Carpets are all stained, **************** need paint. The only descent thing is the pool area, except the hot tub is broke.

      Terrible experience!! Checked my mother and into a room with holes drilled in ceiling throughout the room, a spider nest by the AC unit, red stain on carpet and the window was unlocked. Our keys didn't work and with my mother having Alzheimer's I addressed my concerns with the front desk about my mother's safety just for the front desk and 2 other women working in the office to disrespect my mother by talking down to her. We ended up having to switch hotels with no assistance with our money back or an apology I have pictures of the room I'd be happy to share.

      It was a very terrible experience, the moment we walked in the pool area. Everywhere me and my hotel guest went the general manager nate Bartlett and the lifeguard manager, Addison keep stalking me and my party which was a mix of mixed children and black children and keep looking for something to ban us from the pool area. We were under the impression the pool slides would be open that’s the main reason why I booked there and then when we got there they were down. I asked him if I could have a discount or my money back and they said that they weren’t going to do either of those and it was also advertised on the website that the slides were open another guest come up to complain about the slides not being open as well when that was there main reason why they booked.

      Thank you for your feedback about your recent experience at the Ramada Tropics. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately our waterpark policies state that all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additionally, for the safety of children as well as adult guests horseplay is not tolerated. This is for the safety of all guests and is strictly enforced by the General Manager and Waterpark Supervisor equally among all guests in the waterpark area. Feedback like yours allows us to make experiences better for all guests and we greatly value and appreciate your time in writing this review.
