*********** ********************** quick to give me a quote, and was quick to get the crew out to remove my storm damaged tree. The job entailed felling a large silver maple, grinding that *****, as well as an ash ***** unrelated to the maple, and setting a new post and replacing top rails and caps for an adjacent chainlink fence that was damaged from the initial damage to the tree. All but $400 was paid to Jr. *** the remaining $400 was to be paid when the stumps were ground. I recieved the text that the stumps were ground and he requested the rest of the payment which I quickly, and mistakenly send. He has not returned to finish the fence, and I have a massive pile of wood chips and dirt from the ground ***** still in my yard.Business response

In our invoice there is nothing stated about the fence. Verbally I told him I would go ahead and fix the fence for him if he bought the materials and had them while we were on the job. We were there for two days and he did not have the material for me to fix it. I did not charging him for the repair to the fence. Removing the ***** grindings would leave a hole in the yard. It was not discussed to remove them and replace with dirt. Filling the hole with dirt would have a cost for removal and the new dirt. He was not charged for that. Over some time the chipping and dirt will settle.Business response
