      New website is god awful now. Id recommend wrxdaily now. Since both rally sport direct and subispeed is practically not user friendlg

      Ordered Spec-D tail lights in December, about a month later there was condensation in the passenger side one. The associate helping (Kester) was amazing and very helpful. He made sure they sent out new ones. However, when I received the new ones around February, it was a couple weeks when three individual lights went out. I then reached out again, and they said my warranty was expired (they also took about a month to respond (Karen)) and pretty much I was left with no option other than re-purchasing tail lights in which they have already sent out TWO defective ones. It’s not like I personally did something to break them, that would be understandable but this situation is the manufacturers fault for sending out broken tail lights and not wanting to cooperate but rather charge me $700 once again, just to possibly receive broken ones again. Was a fan of the site but completely disappointed. And I never take the time to write bad reviews but this was just a terrible experience.

      Responded to me on a Sunday, but REFUSED TO CANCEL my WRONG order. They had a part listed under wrx so I bought it. Then notice it says only STI. I request to cancel my order and they refused. This is unacceptable business practice, I will never do business with FT OR SUBISPEED EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

      Unfortunately, we're not usually able to catch these in time. Our fulfillment process is so automated that once an in-stock item is ordered it starts getting processed immediately and sent to the warehouse to ship. It's practically impossible to catch an in-stock order in time to cancel. When it has been picked, packed, and shipped it sits on a UPS trailer so even if we had someone available, it could take all day to locate your package among the hundreds of other packages on the trailer. This is not something that would make sense for us to do. 
       
      This type of issue you can run into even when ordering from Amazon. This quick of fulfillment isn't ideal in these situations but tends to make most customers happy since they appreciate the speedy shipping. Let me know if you're wanting to send that back. I would be willing to give you a return label at our cost so we would refund you less the shipping costs. You won't be deducted any shipping charges to you. Please follow up with Bryan if that is the route you'd like to take.

      Ordered a low beam HID kit for my WRX. One side failed after 10 months, but oh well it is still under warranty. Communication has been poor and some emails have been straight up ignored regarding my inquiry. Pay the extra money and go with ******** in the future (longer warranty and Im sure they actually respond to their customers)

      Sorry for the delay. The holiday weekend has ** backed up on emails and we're doing our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. ***** is working with the manufacturer now to get that warrantied. We should be able to get a replacement sent out very soon.

      I have been ordering from subispeed for several years. I recently ordered 2 items. One item was correct and the other was the wrong part number for my vehicle. I tried contacting subispeed twice through their email system and left one voicemail and am yet to get a response. It's not worth the $40 for me to keep worrying about this. I will just never order from them again, problem solved! I advise any consumer to beware of subispeed. It seems as though they don't really care too much for customer service!

      Had product that was damaged in shipping and refused to credit me back money until *** finished their claim. They lied about the chargeback and never returned my money. I have been ordering through them for at least 5 years and you have lost my business. ******* is not helpful at all and lies through emails. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

      will not stand behind there products they sell spec d $650 tail lights 100 days on my sti and most of the leds do not work and they say we can not help omg these people should not be in business sent them pic and they said o will out of warranty can not help you how said for ****** owners to but from them

      Ive boughten almost everything for my WRX off Subispeed since 2016 without issue. If there is an error in an order, such as when installation hardware was not in the box shipped out, they are quick to respond and always solved the problem (they just shipped the hardware no-cost). Good website set up compared to other online auto-parts stores, informative videos on popular products, and helpful service. Its tough only seeing the people who have had soured feelings for Subispeed write one-star reviews. Ill always go back there for my WRX!

      The price that I agreed to pay suddenly increased on my order menu. They canceled the first order and suggested that I try again saying that it should work. The same thing happened to the second order. The price increased after I agreed to pay a certain amount. They said the coupon did not work, but when I agreed to pay the coupon worked. It is a scam-like and deceptive business practice. So I asked them to cancel my second order and they said they did cancel the second order, but I was charged after a week from the cancellation date. When I complained, they kept saying I requested to cancel the first order on the 14th when the first order had been canceled on the 13th. Why would anyone ask them to cancel the first order twice?? Any reasonable person would know that is a scam. I refused the delivery and was refunded by the bank because my bank thinks they are a scam. They keep saying I asked them to cancel the first order so it is my fault. They suspended my account. I specifically gave them my second order number and told them the same thing happened. Be careful. I suggest using a bigger company. I also ordered an intake filter, but they sent me a wrong product so I had to go to the **** myself to return the wrong product. I finally got the right product on 28th, but I placed the order on the 4th.

      I would say zero stars. They are liars and thieves. I placed an order close to a thousand dollars. They did not send tracking info, packaging info/invoice, and did not include all items. When confronted they called me a liar and refused to communicate further. Stay away from these thieves.
