Took my money. Held it for days and had it marked as shipped. Then days later they cancel the order with no word to me and their reason was "account adjustment". Should have read the reviews. These people should be out of business.Review from Justin H

Bought a refurbished phone that had the screen fail within 3 weeks of purchase. Bayshine Trading will only refund 50% of the cost due to a restock fee and the returned item. Amazon needs to have a better process in place to screen out these kind of scam artist.Review from Elizabeth B

This company deserves a zero rating they advertise a phone that was u locked when the phone came it was not unlocked and saying enemy calls only I tried reach out to Amazon they said they have to email the seller and I will get a response within 48 hrs they responded that the phone was open which is. A lie responded back to them and still waiting a response I am demand my money back they are big time liars and scammers they have false advertisement and Amazon not doing a dame thing about it and it’s a same for us as Amazon customers to be losing our money like this Amazon need to do something about this sellerReview from TIMOTHY F

Something went wrong in shipping where my package was not delivered. There is no valid way to contact them in regards to this. I paid $795 for a refurbished phone with expedited shipping to which I never recieved. UPS and Amazon have both left me hanging and this company has failed to reach out despite being informed by Amazon that they would. Something is not right and I'm not sure who to blame here but based on the reviews here it seems to be quite evident that they are pulling some sort of scam. all parties failed to give me contact info for them but all redirect me to them.Review from Alex P

This company is running a scam via Amazon! They ship broken merchandise through Amazon, then when you return it, they claim you damaged it in return shipping and refund only 50% of what you paid collecting a "restocking fee" of 50%. Getting anything done through Amazon customer service is impossible, they open their A to Z guarantee and then the seller replies with a form letter and Amazon says oh well we tried you returned broken equipment. The fact that they commit this fraud charging federal and state sales tax while shipping interstate should make this a federal and state level crime.Review from Jordan W

Sold me Google duo that was supposed to be unlocked,I had to spend countless dollars to try to get it unlocked to no avail.then I switched company for the phone to start malfunctioning,one screen completely green redering it useless and overheating,causing me to burn my face and drop the phone. Then they charge me for all these problems and inconveniences only issuing my back half my money.HUGE SCAM never shop with these people.Review from Robert A

They kept telling lies about the status of the product. When I reviewed the log they say they tried to contact me about the delays but it was on the day of it being due to arrive. First and only experience with them has been completely negative. I took all the print screens from their conversations, the Amazon updates, and their USPS tracking. Worst experience ever from any online group I have ordered from on Amazon.Review from John S

Do not deal with these people. I ordered from them through Amazon. The watch never came, but they only want to pass the blame to the post office or Amazon, neither of which will help. This company does not stand behind it's product and does not know how to treat customers.
