I'm a tenant at the Hentrix, a rental property in ***********, **. The property uses Livly(*********************) for collecting rents and Dwolla is the backing payment processor for Livly.Dwolla has banned my bank account from making rent payments and suspend my account. Both Livly and Dwolla don't let me dispute the ban, even though the bank account is legit.Business response

After additional review of the user's account, ******************** has determined that the user's funding source may be removed from our internal blocklist. The user's funding source has been reinstated and they should be able to proceed without further issue.Initial Complaint

I have a account with Extra Extra Daily Spend and the company is with Dwolla. I barely uses the car and I was double charged for something that was already paid for, when I call someone to speak to there is no reply and no answer on how I can resolve this issue. Its been a week from my pay day and I have been leavening messages everyday and no reply no call back from no one.. My payday was Friday June 3,2022 for ******* plus a deposit for $200.00 now Im left with $50 from all that saying I owe them $533.00 but the took 3 times more than they should have..Business response

Dwolla is solely a payment service provider that provides technology that enables online ACH transfers between banks, which Extra has integrated into its application. Dwolla does not directly initiate payments or otherwise conduct funds transfers.
We have been in conversation with Extra regarding your account and they have let us know they have been in touch with you about resolution.
