This organization refuses to cancel a subscription and delete my credit card info (which is a business credit card) after numerous calls. The charge is yearly and every year for the last 4 years Ive attempted to contact them and cancel the subscription. Ive just done so again but have little faith they will resolve the matter and properly delete my info from their database. The subscription was for a magazine called MDC FineWoodWorking The yearly charge is $35 The last time they charged me was 4/19/24 (I just discovered the charge today)Initial Complaint

I paid this company to run advertisements for me in a few numismatic magazines. I was never informed how much or how frequently I was being charged and I keep receiving invoices that say I still needed to pay more even though Active Interest Media already has my credit card on file and have already been charging me for their advertisement services several times. I have tried to cancel this advertisement service but Active Interest Media refuses to because they cannot get a hold of the sole person who is in charge of billing accounts. I have tried to contact this person too but they refuse to respond. I have sent emails, I have left messages on answering machines, it appears that this company was only interested in getting my financial info and then taking as much money as they can.Initial Complaint

I receive emails multiple times per day from this business (popular woodworking). The unsubscribe link does not work. I have reached out several times to the business to be unsubscribed from their email list, but continue to receive daily emails. I would like to be removed from the email list.
