            This vendor has machines located at *********************************************************************************. They are stealing money from my checking account. Each item in the vending machine comes up as $2.60 in the vending machine.However, on December 18, Monday, a long list of duplicate transaction charges at $5.00 per item appeared in my checking account. Issues:There were no $5.00 items in the vending machine and it appears as though there is a long list of them on my account for the date of December 18, 2023, Monday.I made 4 purchases using my *** debit card for $2.60 per item on December 18, 2023, Monday. The vending machine has instead charged me $5.00 per item about 11 times on December 18, 2023, Monday. The vending machine owes me $60.00 for December 18, 2023 Monday at the location of *********************************************************************************. The inside of one of the machines has a note indicating: Wittern, **********, **, ***, (serial number: ************* MODEL ****, *********, 12A. 1PH.             I am totally disgusted by this company. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I asked for a new machine and compensation for monies lost in an nonfuctioning machine. Nobody from the company has tried to make this right. In good faith I put down a down payment and entered a finance agreement for a brand new fully functioning machine. On 10/23/23 the machine was delivered to ******************* in *******. It has been two weeks and one day and the vending machine is not working. People are complaining to the director of the hospital and I know I will lose this contract that has a conditional clause of three months. I sent a letter to the CEO,CMO as well as the finance department and TSA vending. I am convinced that nobody cares as I have only heard from *** from TSA. The other company is non responsive in this whole situation. Everyday that machine is not working my reputation is being ruined. This will also ruin your reputation as I have people watching what happens to me. I have had potential customers that wanted a vending machine to do business with but I can't comfortably recommend any of these companies, as I don't want Anyone to go through what I'm going through! I will take this another step. If my reputation is ruined I will make it my duty to ruin yours! I'm a small black owned female owned business that has been taken advantage of by millionaires. Sounds like a good headline to me.
