I purchased a Banzai *********** Sprinkler for my disabled grandson 8/2/2022 from a major retailer. I did not open the box to use it until the weather became very warm. To my surprise and grandson's major disappointment, it would not inflate due to the discovery of a large hole approximately 12 inches in length. It ****** is a manufacturer's defect. I contacted the store who said it could not be returned to them because it is outside of their return/exchange policy. They provided me with a number to call but the person that answered said they're not the same Banzai company and are not associated with them in any way. The Banzai company, maker of the item I had purchased, is impossible to contact and the site does not provide the information. I only want what is fair and right, replace, exchange or repair. I can contact the retailer for proof of purchase if necessary. It's amazing to see all of the similar complaints but not a single resolution and the retailers still order and sale Banzai products.Business response

I purchased this slide through a third party from ******* online. Ive had it over one month and there are multiple holes and it will not blow up anymore. ******* will not take it back because it was sold through a third party. The third party seller told me to contact banzai. Banzai has a two month warranty on the slide. There is NO way to contact the banzai fun company. There have a link to toy inquiry for warranty information- there is no phone number and no email address to contact anyone. The slide was $560 Im attaching my purchase documentsBusiness response

I bought best brands water light up torpedos from ******* they leaked battery acid all over my kids and pool the 1st day we unpackaged them. Theres no way to get ahold of the company and they are no longer online at ******* to look up any informationBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:there is no way to contact the company. The website is always down etc. they are selling toxic toys to people for their kids and no way to contact or make a complaint

I purchased a bouncy house from a store online. When we received the item we realized it had a sewing issue that caused a twist in one of the arches. It said on the bouncy house to contact toy inquiry so I did. I had to take multiple pictures fill out tons of information. Then they told me because the mistake doesn't affect the functionality of the product they would not be willing to return.Initial Complaint

I cannot find a contact number, the product they sold is defective and I need it fixed/replaced. The website is no help.
