I had All In One Bridal by Katelyn videograph my wedding day to make our wedding video. We had signed a contract and paid in full months before our wedding Oct. 22, 2022. I can no longer access contract in my emails. The videographer did great from what I could tell besides missing some moments but someone got him and he captured them. Which messed up our timing. Finding out months after he told our photographer that he missed our first kiss, he never filmed a wedding like ours and wasnt sure when it was happening. Fast forward to getting our video back, I cried because I hated it. The quality was good but not put together how I wanted at all. Contacting *****, she told me it was my fault for not letting her know exactly what I wanted and I was responsible if I wanted it a certain way to let her know a month prior to our wedding. I was never told this. She just told me it was completely customizable. It has horrible back ground music that I dont think goes with our wedding theme at all. No voice overs and that was one of my biggest wantings! Our first kiss was the BACK OF MY HEAD! After talking to her a few times she made some changes to it. It was better but not exactly what I wanted. I asked her for my raw footage because there was things I knew were missing that I wanted in my video. She told me it was a additional $450. I offered $200 because of the hiccups we had and me not being happy with it and she simply told me Sorry, thats our price! I want my raw footage! My wedding video was not at all like what they advertise on there website. I felt like it was rushed through and she said she didnt even look at some of the footage. This is the only videography I have of our wedding ceremony, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, and our speeches from matron of honor and best man. These were memories I told my guest to enjoy with me because I paid to have someone video it all!
