Used this business based on the 5 star reviews on ********* Got an estimate for new windows and screen door. Was told it would take 3 months due to the shipping issues of COVID. Once in I scheduled. The day of the install, *** removed the first window but found out the wrong color window was sent. I live in a condo and the *** has certain restrictions with windows. Because of this *** had to board up the window which looked horrible. Got a letter from the *** that I could not leave the window like that so *** had to paint it. So now I have to wait another 3 months. Again, the new windows came in and once *** got there he informed me that the screens were in but not the windows. Why he didn't check before scheduling is just crazy. So now I'm waiting and at this point *** stopped checking in with me. I had to be the one that kept calling and asking about when the windows. Once they were finally in it, trying to schedule was such a stress. *** would make excuse after excuse. First it was he didn't have enough help, or it was COVID or he was in the *** Finally at the end of February they got installed. Once they were done I noticed they were not stained and I asked *** why they were not done. He told me that we discussed that it would be more expensive and that most people do it themselves. Not true, he never mentioned this at all. When the work was all done I noticed that *** left a bunch of scrap wood by my deck, the front door frame which was to be redone looked hideous. A 10 year old could have done a better job. When I went to the upstairs bathroom, one of his employees broke a light fixture and did not tell me. My sister who owns the condo ended up calling *** to vent her frustrations with the entire experience and *** ended up telling her to f-off and hung up. The process started in June and ended in February; 8 months. I do not recommend this company as the owner is unprofessional, can't keep employees and does shoddy work.
