I believe I was double charge for my room in late June 2023 when I checked into the hotel.I booked the hotel room via Hotels.com and used points to pay for it. Then, upon checking in and leaving my credit card as a deposit, I was charged again.The first attachment shows my Hotels.com statement. My credit card statement (second attachment) shows the hotels.com residual charge ($21.84) and the addition room charge by the hotel ($133.57).Business response
