      I hire a moving company(Marvelous Movers) on November 29,2023.I paid the owner *** ****** for my move to ******* ******** from ******* ****.We both agreed on the price and time the movers to show up at my residence.During the move two of my TVs came up broke,I sent *** a video showing him the damage that this has cause.The movers deliver my belongings to a storage unit in *******.I didnt notice until after the move that my TVs was broken,when I went to go and get them from the storage unit.Come to find out his staff didnt wrap up my TVs during the move.I contacted *** again and ask him to reimburse me for my broken items that got broken during the movehe agree to pay for the broken itemsbut he told me that I to wait until his employees finish this next move,before I can get paid for my TVs.So its 3 weeks later still have not got paid for my TVs.I had a 50 inch and a 42 inch.. I also have video and text msgs proving that he was gonna have his employees pay for my TVs.Now he is ignoring my text msgs and calls. I now want to get reimbursed for my whole amount of the move.If you need pics or videos,I have them if they didnt upload.

      Hired their moving service for 04/16/2022. The mover showed up 1.5 hours late, 2 versus the 3 people I asked for. The employees were not professional, one even stated he was just filling in and wasn't a mover. One smelled of alcohol, the other marijuana. The movers were not experienced in moving and damaged a lot of my possessions. Among the items damaged were a large wine chest, a new table was scratched on top as they put boxes on it, my bed is deeply scratched and I am missing a vaccuum cleaner. They did not have tools when they arrived to tear down the beds, I had to buy some. They did not put the bed back together, they did not finish the job, they left items in the garage that are heavy. They did not put the boxes where I requested them to be, i had to have someone come put my beds together and move the boxes. There are still items in the garage that should've been taken to the basement. The owner has been unresponsive to my claim. He wanted to be paid in cash versus a credit card. The move should've taken half the time it did. We moved all storage and boxes on our own, more than half the move was already done prior to the movers. The stuff remaining was large furniture. These individuals had to no clue how to move househould items. I paid for a professional service and did not receive half of what I should've. The movers just left with so much work still to do. They stated "they had plans and had to go". They disappeared for 1.5 over lunch. They didn't tell me they were not heading directly to my house, or I would've followed the truck. Not sure if other items are missing at this time. I've repeatedly tried to get in touch with the owner, he will not respond to texts or calls.

      I assure you that whatever happened will be resolved since then I have got rid of those previous employees lack of human experience is what I dont tolerate please just give me 30 days or less to resolve issues

      The company moved me on 2/17/22 and broke both a sectional and drawing table. When I called them about this, they blocked my number.

      Customer belongings was damaged before move and trying to blame us I even agreed to re-pay partial amount still wasnt good enough for the customer even though he knew his furniture was it in any good condition prior to move

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      The owner is flat out lying that my things were damage before the move. The damage speaks for itself. It's clearly moving damage. His workers did not wrap my items during transport, literally threw items, and did not treat them with care. They also did not take a recliner, workout bench, and weights out of the apartment after they said they would. I have text messages that show him taking ownership of the damage that I can share if need be, too. 

      I would also like to comment on how I have been treated by the owner. He currently has my number blocked and is ignoring my texts. He never answered my phone calls and instead went straight to short texts. It would take at least 3 texts to get him to stop ignoring my texts. I've sent a bunch over the weekend and today with no reply. He also flat out called my things junk via text. Worse of all is he refuses to give me any actual date of payment because they apparently have no money (I have a text to cofirm this too if need be). I have accepted the reality that they are not going to be a good "business" and refund me what my items are actually worth. A refund if their services so I can at least somewhat recover from the damage they left is better than nothing. He also lied and said his workers cleaned up the apartment after and that I told them I would fix the usb damage. 

       

      Given that he's completely blocked me out, I don't anticipate much happening without me taking other actions myself. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a "company" by a long shot. They should not be moving people if they are going to treat people this way.
