      My children went to pick up our order that was placed through the app. When they arrived they ordered something extra and asked for the order. They brought what my boys ordered out and stated the order was almost done. Mind you 30 minutes later I text my kids to see whats going on. They go the order but drinks and other items were missing. They bring out the drinks. My son then had to walk up and in the get the other items missing. I call to see what is going on and speak to ****** the manager. I am asking what the deal was because now we are going to be eating cold food, since my order was supposed to be ready by 5:07 according to the app and it is now almost 6:00 pm He tells me that I am wrong and there was no way my children were sitting there that long and had to wait and ask for the order to be fixed more than once. And then this guys hangs up on me. So I call back and the girl who picks up the phone immediately states that I can call back when the general manager is there at seven. Real cute. Talk about poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location. Th order was placed through the app. Upon arriving home we were still missing over half of our order that was paid for. We didnt get 8 of the ordered items. I called corporate to try and get a refund through there since it was ordered on their app and the guy helping me stated they cant refund it due to it being such a high amount. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they are all tied up. And I could just call the store for my refund. The store that I attempted to call and the manager hung up on me. Now how am I supposed to get a refund that way then? I am beyond frustrated. I have a large family. And on the occasions we do go out to eat it is not cheap. And now I feel like I am just not going to get my money back no matter what. For items ordered and not received!
