    To whom this may concern:On may 8th of 2023 I brought my car to Richardson motors with the thought of my transmission going out as it was slipping, they did a transmission flush. Got my car back was told to drive it for a couple hundred miles see if it goes away! Continued to drive it for a couple weeks on June 2nd 2023 I was driving and it shuttered multiple times as I was driving I could not go over 10 mph with it constantly doing it drove it straight to Richardson motors, they gave me a loaner car which was a 2021 ***** pilot as I was proceeding to drive the ***** pilot I had it for three days on that Monday morning I was driving it 25 mph up *************** and the car stalled and could longer move, I called Richardson they brought me a different loaner and then told me that the timing belt broke on the ***** pilot so they bought me a new car which was a 2021 Buick enclave I believe. After my car was in the shop for a couple of days they proceeded to tell me that it was a torque converter they replace that I got my car back was told and reassured that that would fix the issue. Drove the car for about two hours doing some running was coming up *************** in ******* **** and the car started chattering again I then proceeded to make it to my mother-in-laws house who lives behind senior and called Richardson and told them that this was happening again. They brought me a loaner car and had my car towed back to Richardson. I then was in contact with **** Richardson about the whole situation after being told by service advisors that they were unsure of what was wrong with my vehicle. I finally got a response after a couple of days that it was my upper and lower valves to the transmission that was then replaced and I told **** Richardson that I will refuse to pick up my car until it is trolls to make sure that the actual issue was fixed, **** Richardson did reply and said that they have no problem driving it so a couple days went by I got a phone call that the car was still doing what it was doing when I first brought it back in May, they stated that now they are going to order a brand new transmission and put the transmission in I got my car back on July 27, 2023 and I had it for one day and it went back to Richardson on July 28, 2023 where I received another loaner car due to the fact that my car was leaking transmission fluid all over the whole underneath of my car was covered in fluid the weekend goes by I get a phone call that my transfer case is cracked in the transmission that was supposed to be brand new. I am unsure of where to go now as I have complain numerous of times tried to get them to buy my car back to get me out of the s***** situation and needless to say I only brought the car last May 2022 and Im having all of these as she was granite at the 2016 Buick enclave with ****** miles. ** to where I asked numerous of times if theyd be willing to trade it in they only want to give me $14,000 for it when theres car ****** Blue Book more than $14,000 and not willing to make anything right I feel. And leave this to say I owe $32,000 on the Buick enclave still. ** a dealership I feel like this issue should have been fixed the first time when I went in there concerned about it being the transmission and nobody wanted to listen to me. **k me being a person and not only a person but a customer I think thats very bad on their part to not make their customers happy and be willing to help out with a situation that has took them now about six times to get right and who knows if it will be right after this.

    When financing, your only option is their partner, Dupaco, a local credit union. As someone who lives outside of ****, trying to setup recurring auto payments have been a nightmare.
