            BBB unable to locate business
            Timberpine promised to replace plants as per the warranty but after repeated phone calls, leaving messages with ******** ****** JJ since April nothing is being done. I was told the plants were tagged and set aside and would be planted ASAP. Received texts from JJ he had COVID and would address this issue once hes in office weeks ago. Nothing again. Im sure those plants are planted in other yards and dont have anymore. At this point, I would like them to refund me the money for those plants. I dont want to wait another year. Please address this issue and therefore, asking for your help. Thank you ********

            Horrible customer service!! They don't render the service they promise. Please think twice before giving them business.

            I'm sorry you were frustrated with our service. An order was placed on 5/9 to replace your three shrubs. Our records indicate a message was left with you last week apologizing for the delay and explained that we cannot replace your plants until they are all on hand. Supply chain issues are causing delays, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
