His quote was in the first set of emails, sent feb 19th & 19 in total emails; $2150 and add 555.Never confirmed and actually questioned him a little and for the next week became more informed.2nd set of emails beginning March 3 & 27 emails in total. These email's I tried to get a clear detailed list and my client whom I was selling for became desperate. Against my caution of ***** responses, I advised not to but my client choose to go forward. Wasn't expecting more then $5000. T Example email #** by me:Quote "That list consisted of over 40 item's and Think that quote was $3500?Hmmm well being a an agent and having to report things sold properly.Might be best if we take each item and show the offer given for said item...I have a responsibility legally to make sure to act in the best interest of this gentleman. I feel that be a fair request?" End quote ***** response, Quote "give out 50 quotes daily; some have thousands of items, so it is not time feasible. But you read my reviews, you could not have found one that implied, didnt pay what he said would pay. And when I do make deductions I dicsuss it not dictate, I thoroughly document why and prove the price difference. The most prudent thing is as packing confirm no tape holding a bubble down, no weird glue, no playwear inside a sealed package, no tears inside a sealed package and no missing a weapons.etc. You confirm as you go should be no problems." End quote Packages arrived simply said,"So are you telling me that everything I sent you, your not sending anymore money after looking them over like you stated. That was the deposit not final payment!?"***** response, "You get one more email to affirm you want them back. I will not listen to your outrageous and ill-founded claims that they are worth that. Further, I suspect your boyfriend, who is in jail, is pressuring you to get more because he needs it for a lawyer; again, that is fine. You can make that attempt. I'm not, as that is folly."

While reviewing my response, keep in mind:
      Wheeljack's Lab is the buyer.
The complainant is the seller of goods.

Their statement, "His quote was in the first set of emails, sent Feb. 19th & 19 in total emails; $2150 and add 555".

Wheeljack's Lab Response: The seller is correct. They were paid $2,705.00 before shipping. The amount they agreed to be in writing before shipping. They're not claiming they didn't get the full amount. What they're claiming is that they are somehow just entitled to more than the agreement. You can expect only the amount offered. My offers are exact: "I would offer $2,150.00, and I would provide prepaid shipping labels." (shown in Pic A) She added more items later then I offered more, "I would add an additional $555" (shown in Pic B). My quote was higher than any other dealer in the country.

Their statement "Might be best if we take each item and show the offer given for said item..."

Wheeljack's Lab Response: The seller may price them. Line item evaluations are appraisals, and appraisals of collections are paid services. My knowledge and expertise have a lot of value. Regardless, she had already priced each item before I even made an offer.

Their statement "So are you telling me that everything I sent you, your not sending anymore money after looking them over like you stated..."

Wheeljack's Lab Response: I never offered anything more than the screenshots provided (shown in pic A and shown in pic B); I provide everything in writing so it's clear. Furthermore, they edited my email by omitting entire portions of it. I have documented proof that I made an offer to return the collection to her (shown in Pic F), and her response was to decline my offer.

Their statement "Desired Settlement: $2705 is prepaid deposit and obviously you thought of me as a lower person who's boyfriend was in jail. I am an attorney in fact for my client and your nasty incuantion only confirms your intentional misrepresentation and our misunderstanding. At least make $3500 like I kept asking you for the price and details but kept up with stringing me on."

Wheeljack's Lab Response: So here, in her desired outcome (not shown to you all here on BBB) (shown in pic G), she claims specifically to be an attorney. This person is NOT a lawyer; a lawyer would never file a BBB complaint. More specifically, here is a screenshot (shown in Pic C) where she says she seeks money for an attorney.

Conclusions: She edits emails in the complaint (don't put quotes around something unless it's a quote) and omits important facts rather than providing screenshots 100% of the time; she directly lied about being a lawyer. The only thing she has is the desire for more money, yet she wouldn't take the lot back when I offered to help her accomplish that goal.

I am rejecting this response because:

      1. Attorney in fact is not a lawyer, never claimed this at all. I am an agent for a principal, meaning a ************* of attorney for a disabled individual who owned the lot of toys, at my clients request I as hi agent sold those to toys from **************** to *****, who owns a business in that field in ****.

      2. Not sure how I would edit 2 sets of emails that were from my email that was put into a PDF then sent to BBB.

      3. Contract in the sense of our emails and from my understanding was once items were sent after a deposit was made and if they were up to par then more were to be sent. I show anyone else these emails, and they all say they see miscommunication could be possible and where I would think more money was to be sent after receiving them

      4. Yes it's in the emails that he offered to send back the item's, but at my cost and with no print out of items. How am I to know if he exchanged an item or something else. Considering a business accusing me of a boyfriend in jail now a lawyer.

      5. Just make it right ***** and gladly sign your praise across the world wide web. Why continue not to be an upstanding business person then play the victim.

      Sincerely,

      *****************************

The BBB has it on record that you said, "I am an attorney, in fact, for my client." I already provided this screenshot; there is no walking that statement back; it's a fact. Shown pic G.

There is nothing wrong with the PDFs; thank you for providing them. It proves you were paid in full and that I never said or implied there could be more money. However, your complaint statement is deceitfully paraphrased with quotations attributable to me that do NOT quote me and are intended to be misleading. Sentences pieced together with missing sentences omitted need appropriate ellipses denoted by three dots on either side where the omissions of text occur. The quote you attributed to me is misquoted, which was quite relevant because it was where I offered to send the collection back to you. This screenshot was also already provided; you also can't walk that back; you falsely doctored my email.

I'm sorry, ****, I will not pay more for these items. The time to negotiate the price is BEFORE payment and shipping (not a renegotiation AFTER receiving). You may have misunderstood. How is unclear, as no language exists that suggests more. Regardless, I offered to return them to you. Which would have resolved the misunderstanding, but you refused the offer. My contractual terms with you were met in full. If you want them back because you are now demanding more money, you must pay that shipping bill. If it were my misunderstanding, I would gladly pay the shipping bill.
