On 10/8/22 we went to *****'s Bridal shopping for bridesmaid's dresses. 6 ********* (mother of the bride dress) was purchased. A total of 7 dresses. We tried on dresses in certain *************** & we were measured. The girl who was working ordered the dresses according to what we tried on & to our measurements. We trusted her judgement & that's what was ordered. We were told they carried plus sizes for one of the bridesmaids. We got ************ didn't even have a dress that fit her in a plus size to try on but the girl working said a size 28 would fit her so that's what she ordered her but that didn't fit her either. On 2/13/23 I went to pick up all the dresses because they were all in. Later that day, all the dresses were tried on. They were all too small. None of the girls can zip them up. Mine fits a little tight. Since my dress was ordered I have lost 15 lbs. If I would not have lost weight, it would have really been tight. I am not comfortable in my dress.I contacted *****'s the same day about the dresses not fitting. I sent pictures. They responded back with everything is going to need an alteration, that is how dresses always work. No, the dresses are 2 sizes too small. My daughter, the bride, contacted *****'s the following day about the dresses. She was told we were told all sales are final. We were not told that. Yes, I can see all sales are final if someone would change their mind & they didn't want the dress anymore. That isn't the case with us. Our dresses don't fit & there isn't enough time to get them replaced from the ******************* don't have a big enough plus size dress for one of the girls Then they told my daughter that it sounds like the manufacturer made the dresses too small. Again, that's on *****'s Bridal not us. I'm not sure total amount of the dresses. They were not cheap. Mine and my daughters came to $787.25. We just want to return the dresses & get our money back so we can get new dresses in time for the wedding.
