I went into the Hawkeye smoke shop to exchange two products I bought the day before spending 55 dollars . Product one was a vuse pod that already had a bad coil .Product two was vape juice ***** . It was located in a large glass cabinet. I decided to purchase a juice called pink punch. When cashier grabbed from the back of glass cabinet it was pink punch 0 which is menthol, not what I wanted at all . I didn't notice this until I opened it and had a chance to taste it . I went back the following day to see how I could rectify the problem. ******* knew immediately that vuse coil was bad in the pod but need to call manager about any exchanges . The manager asked to speak with me. He was beyond rude and unprofessional. He began saying I was a lier and that he looked at videos from day before and I chose to buy everything and that I was trying to get free merchandise from him . I was truly in shock. Today I decided to give a review on the company ******** page .Their response was an awful paragraph again accusing me of trying to get something for nothing and that he hoped I'd find ***************** to get free things from He added a picture of the pod talking about teeth marks but saying nothing about the brown color that should of been yellow. He also said nothing about the ***** dollar vape juice that was menthol instead of regular tabacco. When I responded to his post he deleted mine and blocked me ; then edited his nasty response and wished me well . Unbelievable. People need to know how awful the owner of this business is . We have two other shops in Fairfield there is no reason to give them your business. They do not deserve it.
