I have used this company for over 26 years. I called and talked to ******************* and he quoted $150.00 or under for the 2 problems. I had 2 drain issues, one from the water softener and the floor drain. The 1st plumber came on 2-17-22 and cleaned out the drain to the sewer and said he did not get very far out. The next morning, same problem, sent 2nd plumber and he re cleaned the drain saying he got out 80 feet. Both plumbers ignored the floor drain problem. I did a load of laundry and the floor drain backed up. I called and they said a 3rd plumber would be here 1-1:30 on the 24th, he didn't show. I got the **** that morning for $275.53 charging for both plumbers within 24 hours. I called and complained and asked **** to call. Very rude secretary, kept interrupting. I called back a 2nd time remembering it was **** the owner that quoted the price, again rudeness. I asked her to stop interrupting me. I was told the work is NOT guaranteed even within 24 hours and they charged for **********. I had to cancel the 3rd plumber not wanting to be charged again. The floor drain is still backing up. The 1st plumber should have completely opened the drain AND addressed the floor drain problem and I would have had no complaints. I was told by the secretary that the owner ******************* told me to get another plumber. So, their charge is $275.53 and I still have a plugged drain which I reported with the 1st call. The 1st plumber charge was $137.76 +tax, 2nd plumber was $77.00 +tax. Both drain problems should have been taken care of with the 1st visit for the total of $137.76 but only one drain was opened and no charge for the 2nd plumber within 24 hours.
