Sump pump failure. October 28, 2021 Servpro agreed to empty, and replace to like new condition my basement. After items were damaged and hidden from homeowner, Servpro would not take responsibility for the damage. They proceeded to walk away from the job and left me torn up and forced to find another company to step in and pick up the mess. We lost several weeks.Insurance Co. Paid 3/10 and was asked to resolve damaged items and their responsibility. They did not but instead started harassing the homeowner for payment and threatened debt collection but instead put a lien on the homeowner for payment.They continue to not listen that payment was made and the home owner doesn't owe them.Company has finally decided to send someone to the Home to talk to homeowner about damages. They still won't work with insurance company for the confusion on the payment and continue to harass homeowner and still has a line on the homeowners home.
