Captain ******* Area Rug / ******** Marvel Superhero Floor Decor The US Decor - Large (5ft x 8ft) x 3 $80.06 Subtotal $240.18 Shipping Free Total $240.18 Customer information Shipping address ************************* ********************************************************************************* Shipping method Standard Shipping I placed a order with heatcotton December 30th 2022 at 2:20 pm. Since then I have sent over 10 emails to customer support and have received no response. I have received no Shipping info or tracking numbers only a confirmation email for the purchase on the 30th of Dec. All the details to my order are above. I just want my product or a refund. I'm also sick of companies getting away with stuff like this. Please do something. Please help...Please..!!

            On 12/14/22 I ordered an area rug from this company. My order number is RM-99378-77276 I never received any shipping or processing information in regards to my order so I did a follow-up on 12/21/22. When the vendor replied back they informed me that they need 5-7 days to produce the order and 7-10 days to ship so I waited. I followed up again with the vendor on 1/9/23 and I have not heard anything in regards to my order. I am not trying to file a claim with my bank as I can clearly see that I have been ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would, I have tried calling and there is no dial tone my phone just hangs up.
