Placed an apparel order with this company in fall 2021. Myself with others placed orders and have not received the shipment or any correspondence. I have email ****** multiple times with him originally saying the order would be shipped out before Christmas ( email Dec 18 ), a follow up email on January 9, asking for updates ( over 3 months since ordered ). He responded and said it had been shipped and what items I was missing. I responded that I had not received anything and my son was still missing part of his order. I have send other emails asking for shipper and tracking number and I would follow up, no response back. I waited a bit and asked again and then just asked to be refunded as this has been over 4 months since ordered. The school ************************************************* Wrestling team has not received their full order and no communication. On Feb 6 I sent my final email asking again for the shipping info so I could follow up. No response. I feel he never shipped the items and his lack of communication is concerning. Order number ***** placed on 10/5.Customer response
