            Purchased **** F250 super duty diesel pickup 8/2/2023 from Rydell. We were told by the manager there was a larger fuel tank and Def was removed. Day of purchase, the truck was dead. We were told the batteries were replaced. If so, proper size batteries for this truck werent installed (found out two months later when it wouldnt start). The mileage on the paperwork was incorrect. Rydell said they would correct, but failed to do so. The control screen went blank in October. **** Dealer in AZ has had truck since November 8th (2 weeks) Informed me that there is no tuner and the truck requires tuner due to Def deletion. Truck doesnt run without. Within the first week we brought truck back because the right front U joint was broke. ****** said it was repaired but refused to provide a receipt of work completed. I want to have the pickup repaired and in working condition as it was supposed to be when purchased with dealer paying the expenses.

            Got a letter from them stating they were interested in buying my Dodge. Tried to call and the call wouldn't go through unless I provided my personal phone number. Did, got through, the person on the letter was too busy to talk to me, would call me back. Been days, haven't heard anything. Tried to call again and it won't let me go through to any line with my number blocked, it disconnects you! This is a crazy way to run a "business" They contacted me.....unbelievable. Will never do business with them. I would give them zero stars, but it won't let me post the review without at least giving one!
