We called this company to come out and give us an estimate. They did not mention anything about a service fee for coming out and doing this. There is nothing on the website about this fee and they supposedly have a $25 offer for new customers which shouldve been applied to us then since we have never used them. The young electrician showed up and said he could not give us an estimate without his boss. His boss never showed up and he did some free inspection. He later came back and told us it was a $70 fee which we had no knowledge of before and he did not say on the phone when we called to set up the appointment or when the person got to the our appointment.Business response

Integra Electrical has a recorded phone call with ***************** on 3/5/24 where the call taker states at minute 2:27 that there is a $69 dispatch fee to send a technician to the home. The tech arrived at the home and provided estimates of the work to be done. Customer chose not to complete the work. Integra fulfilled it's obligation. No refund is due. A phone call in mp3 format can be provided upon request.Initial Complaint

On 7/25 we had ****** (who was amazing) come out and give us a multiple quotes on some pretty extensive work we wanted done. There was a $69 charge for the visit. Once he had completed his assessment of what would need to be done he gave me multiple quotes. I asked him for a receipt for the $69 along with copies of the quotes. He advised me they would be emailed. On 8/1 after not receiving anything and multiple emails to the company I called and spoke with *************** who advised me they do not give copies of the estimates. He went on to blame ****** stating he was supposed to explain all the quotes to me. I advised him he did. I asked him if I was suppose to memorize $45,000 worth of work which is what I was quoted. He stated that as a courtesy he will send me copies of the quotes by email. As a courtesy!?! Well today is 8/10 and I still have not received the quotes. I would not hire this company unless you would like to spend $69 for nothing and get attitude from the company about getting a receipt and written quotes.Business response
