I purchased self-care items in the amount of $51.88 from this company at the end of July. I received a text message confirming my purchase on July 29th. It stated that I would receive a text when my order was ready as well as shipping and delivery updates. I never received these texts messages, but my bank account was charged the balance.I waited for some time as due to the Covid outbreak, materials and deliveries, sometimes take longer. It appeared that they were low on stock for some items so I thought perhaps it was taking time for them to restock items in order to ship them to **** have reached out through email and text. I have not received any emails in response. The text messages appear to be computerized as I get short, mundane responses or none at all. It is concerning that an online company can charge customers for items that were never even prepared for delivery, and that a customer cannot contact this company for customer service. I explained at first that they could ship me the items or refund me. I then after several communications stated that I just wanted a refund. I would be satisfied to resolve this issue either way. I paid them for the products so I should either receive them or be refunded.
