            Beware states hourly rate is ***** but bundles jobs so is actually paid ***** an hour. Labels jobs "urgent" for higher cost. Will include travel costs.Canceled remaining job half hour prior to arrival when asked about approx. ****** cost to replace kitchen faucet. I would say he is a bit of a scammer.

            Complainant requested my hourly rate when I met to gather information for an estimate. I stated my rate, plus drive time, and equipment load. I also stated rate is an approximation based on the work being done. The complainant had several tasks to complete including a non-functioning kitchen faucet. I submitted an estimate for a full day of work to which she agreed to. She failed to have the faucet needed to complete the work and I completed other items she needed, and I had listed on the estimate. I agreed to work her into my schedule to complete her faucet repair on a later date. I submitted a new estimate, and she stated the estimate was too high and requested other items, not estimated, be completed the day before scheduled. She also requested the estimate be modified, after careful consideration I determined the estimate could not be reduced. I accepted her choice to decline my estimate and canceled
