My husband and I bought a house and wanted the carpet cleaned. We set up an appointment on 10/15/2021 at 9:30 am. They showed up early and my husband was on the southside of Des Moines getting some material for a job. He had to rush over to Bondurant and to let him in. He gave paid him with our credit card and left. I was at home packing stuff from our place in Ankeny that we lived in for 12 years raising our 3 kids. As I packed stuff he would load his truck and take the stuff when it was full he would take it to the new house. It took a little over a week. When I finally went to the house on Sunday night 10/24/2021 and saw the carpet still looked dirty it was to late to call. My husband contacted him on Tuesday 10/26/2021. He came out on Wednesday 10/27/2021. He said he had cleaned the carpet and I told him my little vacuum was still picking up alot of stuff and there were some large dirty spots downstairs. I showed him the dirt wiped off onto a Clorox wipe. He said his machine couldn't clean those and would fix it by using a spot cleaner and an Iron. It still didn't get it clean. I asked him to reclean the carpet and explained I wasn't satisfied but he refused.I would like my carpet cleaned or my money back of 283.55.

We came back to the home 10 days later to look the areas of concern, as a professional We informed that red stains will generally not come out with the carpet cleaning machine. Only an heat transfer process will Achieve the temperature that is needed to remove any sort of dye, Even then it's not Guaranteed removal. So that is what we did and the spots she saw she said where still there. We could not see them but client still saw them. We we not able to do anything else at that point

It's kinda funny how you make it about a stain. The stain was a small part of the whole thing. I think because nobody was here and the carpet looked pretty good that you didn't even clean it. I've found pieces of food and it sounds like I'm vacuuming sand. Also previous owners long black hair. I'll just have another company clean it for REAL and get there opinion. Since I wasn't satisfied with your "professional" work. If it were my work I would want the people to know it had been cleaned. If they weren't satisfied either clean it or return their money so they dont have to pay for it twice. And about the dirty spot not stain.I got it out myself with woolite insta clean.
