This guy came in our neighborhood. He said he does landscaping. He was supposed to do my backyard, plant lavender and hostas, he gave me an estimate and give him a deposit of $302.00. I told him I did not have it and I was kind of skeptical. He said ok pay me $150.00. I gave him the $150.00 on June 20th. I called him and asked when he was coming on June 26. He said they didn**;t have me on the schedule. I tried to call and file a claim with ***** and get my money back. I tried calling them and got the runaround. ***** said they couldn**;t help me because I didn**;t use my credit card. I asked them to credit me back the money. I was on a payment plan. One manager hung up in my face. I found that on one of the invoices the company name is misspelled. The address on the invoice was from *******. I told ***** that I didn**;t think this company was legit. I believe this company was targeting females. I told my neighbor not to do it because of this. She said I believe he was targeting seniors.I would like the service I paid for or to get my money back from them.
