My husband and I contacted this business a few days before Oct 30, 2021. The owner, **** Demaris answered right away. My husband told him we wanted an addition done on our garage. The owner came to our house to do the quote on Oct 30, 2021. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us he would get the quote done and we would be first on the list for spring 2022 if we accepted the quote. A couple months later still no word back so my husband called him and **** said oh well yes winter, I wont work on the quote until spring. That didnt make sense to me to wait if we were suppose to be first on the list in the spring. I thought they would do our quote over winter when not as busy with work. In December about a week before Christmas we called again. He still hasnt worked on it. We called again in February. He said he was working on the quote finally. We also reached out to another 2 businesses for quotes. In March or April of 2022 we called again, **** Demaris said he was done with the quote. He just had to change/ double check some numbers because material prices had gone up. We would have our quote in a week. That sounded great to us. When we didnt hear back I told my husband maybe you should text, we hadnt tried that yet. So to make it easier he texted him in May that he could send the quote to his phone if that was easier. No response. We were at the carnival June 30 when my husband called again, left a message and we received no response. I wrote on ******** not long after to which I got no response personally from him, just from his son that works for him and he said cant make everyone happy. There was no apology, no we got too busy, nothing. I want others warned of this horrible customer service.
