Sig MFG couldn't produce the product I had ordered, they said they would refund $38.68 back to my bank acount and cancel on2/3/2023, this never happened. on 2/9/2023 they tried to bill me for for an order they hogpeded together that was incorrect, I emailed them back noting that I had to go else were to get this product and no longer needed it from them, They said that they would cansel the order agian, Today is 3/5/2023, Sig MFG will not respond to emails, phone calls, I still haven't reseved a refund.Initial Complaint

On October 10th, I attempted to purchase glues and fuel from the company. They processed and took $116.79. 30 minutes later I received an email stating that the glue would be 3 weeks out and the fuel would cost $40.00 more. I requested a cancelation of the order and stated that I would go to *********** **. 100 miles away. I have not received a cancellation notice or my refund. But a response in bold text - THEY ARE WORKING ON THE REFUNDS IN THE ***** RECEIVED. Can you help?Customer response

I finally received a refund/cancellation notice today 11/28/22 and a bank notice without the dollar credit.

I ordered from Sig mfg Back in November of last year.. there web page showed having the plane in stock so I ordered it and they told me it would be a month because they were behind witch I didnt really care about but is what is frustrating is there was never any communication or update from them everytime I would email for a update the question would get avoided so I asked for a order cancellation on the 13th of January since they were so extremely backed up I got one last email from them that said they will cancel the order and issue a refund and I have yet to get a refund or any communication from them since that dayBusiness response

We were able to reach an understanding of the complaint with the customer and refunded the total amount requested by the customer on February 2nd, 2022. We believe the customer should be satisfied with the outcome.
