Ordered McDonalds via DoorDash, order was cancelled (per DoorDash, the restaurant was closed.) I never received the refund.******** says that McDonalds never refunded it. This has been escalated three times on DoorDash side, but still haven't received a refund. I've responded to the email below two times telling them I still haven't received the refund. I called McDonalds, too, and they said I have to contact ********. When I call DoorDash, they say the issue is on the McDonalds side.
