The date was May 16th and 17th We paid $90.72 once and have proof we already paid for our stay at AmericInn by Wyndham in Newton, IA yet we were charged an additional charge of $90.72 on our bank records by this location.We contacted the company and they stated we apologize they send the payment to our account in 5-7 business days however I am a traveling nurse and this is the third time I've stayed in locations in **** owned by Wyndham resorts that have hit me twice and promised to send out the mistaken mischarge to my account in 5-7 business days. A few haven't paid back my account and pray you can help me in this situation as I am a hardworking single mother that needs this money and don't understand why I keep getting charged extra with the promise of being paid back a week later. Please help me in resolving this issue.
