My 55 year old son on disability and I went to Kraig's in Oskaloosa, Ia. He tried out a Chevy equinox and liked it. But on the road test my son asked the salesman what that growling noise was. The salesman told him that that was the noise of the road and not the car. My son Paid cash ($5000) for the car and drove home . The growling got worse and took it to a repair shop. The shop told him to park it because it was not safe at all. They said that the differential was out and repairs would be $2000 to $4000 to fix and not sure that this would be all.

I purchased a Jeep Renegade at Pella Motors owned by Kraig Ford. I had this vehicle for 21 days then the engine light went on. I get it back and 3 days later the engine light is on again. They gave me a loaner and never told me what was wrong with the Renegade. I then find out they paid off the Renegade and tried to get me into the loaner. I was told one price then when I went to sign papers it was $50+ more a month. I don't know what was wrong with the Renegade but now I have nothing. I put $2000 down and was told they lost $350! I didn't even make a payment on the Renegade and now I am out a vehicle and $2000. All three men that helped me had completely different stories and now they are telling me the loaner is all I can afford. I can't get the number to the owner to let him know what idiots they have working for them, all I want is my $2000 back! I drove the Renegade for 21 days and paid $2000?? I don't even know what the amount of the Renegade was and I didn't agree to it. They keep checking my credit and ruining my score. I also said I did not want new plates and was told, "You have to get new plates or that is bad luck"!! Please someone help me get my $2000 back so I can get a vehicle.
