I got my last 3 vehicles from Pioneer. I have never had a problem with them. The staff is helpful and nice and the cars are in good working condition. They don't have a large selection, but I am a satisfied customer.Review from Paige M

ZERO STARS. DO NOT purchase vehicles from this business!!! The owner comes off like a good Christian man, but his lot is full of vehicles that will run good for you just to drive it off the lot and that's it. The very next day after purchasing my exhaust fell off bc it was being held together with tape & improper clamps! Then the AC went out after allegedly being fixed prior to me purchasing. The vehicle is also leaking a significant amount of oil from somewhere, then the drivers side hub cap fell off for no apparent reason and now here we are 3 months after i purchased, and BOTH front rotors and brake pads are completely shot. This man completely takes advantage of people and sells them unsafe, junk cars that only look good from the outside. After a mechanic got under it I was told the car was in an accident and sustained significant damage and the owner did NOT provide me with that information nor did he give me a damage disclaimer when handing over the title...which he is required by law in iowa to do. Instead, he lied in his ad and said there was no issues or damage. This guy is a total liar &fraud and he deserves to be shut down!!
