On 06/22/2021 I signed a contract with T.G.C. LLC ( Todd'S ******* Contracting ). **************************** is owner and operator. The job was to extented my garage by 10'. The price was ******. Labor & Materials. Work was to begin within 30 days weather permitting, job to take 2-2.5 wks, again weather permitting. I wrote a check for *****. & gave ******************* *****. in cash. After many calls from me, and excuses from him he started to work 89 days later. Wed. 9/22/2021 worked **** pm installed 4, 2x4s in back wall of garage. Thursday 9/23/2021 worked 1pm-330pm finished with back wall studs ( 4 ) with a new top plate, 2, 2x4s. I did not hear from ******************* until Monday October 11, 2021. He called said he would be over around 1ish to continue the job.At this point I had enough of his dragging this out. I told him he needed to send me a **** for what he had done to this point, And that I was firing him. After many texts back & forth on November 19, 2021, I did recieve a cashiers check for *******, that means I paid him 2,2620.00 for 6 hrs. of work. He told I was being charged for "restocking fees, time to return materials, and time spent at city hall, and storing of materials. All I ask for from ****************** was a "itemized" **** of materials & labor. As of Nov. 17,2021 not a ****** message from him.
