This company is a complete scam operation. Like the victim below, I could not even see the notice about canceling before a certain date, nor did I understand, the cheap price, was just for shipping, and I would be charge over 190.00 on top of the shipping fee of 16.00. They prey on people in pain with a come on.. I have been charge over 400.00 for something I didn't want to re-order. It's just unbelievable that they are allowed to continue to scam people. They are located in Florida, the billing is in Iowa, and the operators are in Manila. Need I say more? I am hoping for justice. I have had to cancel my credit card and now have to contact over ten other businesses to give another card . It's not only a financial crime, but a time suck. ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR TRHIS COMPANY. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.
Your trial started when you placed the order last 09/04/2021 and ended on 09/21/2021 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products. However, the billing for the products were declined. We have cancelled your account without any additional charge aside from the shipping and handling fee that you already paid for, rest assured you will no longer be billed or receive future shipments.Review from Ray M

I feel that the auto shipment aspect of your advertising was not easy to see and I would not have ordered the product with this being the case. I have not send the initial product and have been charged $94.71 and $94.87 While receiving no more product. I wish to discontinue this subscription and have these monies refunded. I would also ship the initial order back to you.
