Hello;I purchased a five foot tall weeping willow **** from this company and received a stick. (See sellers advertisement and what was delivered in the photo attachment below)What I received was maybe 3.76 foot-stick. No instructions, no planter, no soil, nothing compared to their advertising that I read and viewed online, that helped me decide to purchase from this company. I bought this for a Mothers Day gift. And what a huge let down. I was scammed. Had I read other reviews, I would see what this business is truly about. They portray themselves as an American family farm, however falsely advertising a product and delivering something totally different is 100% unamerican. I would hope this American family farm will do the right thing and refund my money. However to add insult to injury they want me to pay for return shipping. Thats a joke. I could agree if what they sold me was legit, but this isnt even close. Again see screenshot attachments. Thank youBusiness response

CZ Grain offers our sincerest apologies for the negative experience with our company as well as, the inconvenience it has been attempting to get this situation resolved. Unfortunately, the situation was brought to our attention yesterday afternoon when we received notice by the letter in the mail. CZ Grain as a company does take pride in offering products for purchase that are well advertised and easy to understand for our customers. It has been made prominent that this listing in particular has missed the **** on our high expectations. Here at ******** we do consider customer satisfaction and service the most important. Immediately upon receiving notice of the complaint, we proceeded to refund the buyer for the purchase and we truly wanted to make this right as quickly as possible. However, when we promptly went to issue the refund back to the buyer we did receive a notification from **** that a dispute was opened with the buyers card company and we would be unable to issue a refund while a dispute is open, please see attached photo. We did as well personally message the buyer to resolve this matter, a picture of this interaction is attached in a photo in this response. Please also see the photo attached were you can see **** has moved forward with the dispute on order **************, it appears they are now waiting on the card company to approve of the refund. Again we offer our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you have been through with this situation, we hope when the card company approves the refund that this will be resolved for you in the quickest matter.
