    I bought a used 2015 Jeep on Sept 30, 2022. I had a remote start installed at Mobile Image on Oct 10, 2022. After the install I had multiple issues with the Jeep. First I could not release the parking brake when the remote start was used until I restarted the Jeep manually several times. I returned to mobile image and was told it was not related to the remote start. Random alert lights would flash on the dash almost every time I started the Jeep and I could not lock the Jeep at all with any button. Then the Jeep would not start at all on Nov 4. After a jump start the Jeep would heavily jolt when put in drive and then not move leaving me stranded. ******* auto sales where I bought the Jeep came and got it where I was stranded. In their research they found the Mobile image remote start was not compatible and that the Jeep had a factory remote start. They removed the added remote start. The Jeep now runs perfectly after the removal. I went to Mobile Image to return the system because it was not compatible and there was already a remote start on the Jeep. Besides it causing a lot of problems with the Jeep and not working correctly they had to have seen there was already one there when they installed it and should have at least called to inform me of that before installing another one. I talked to the owner. He would not give a refund or care that there was a problem with it. I would appreciate your help in returning the remote start and getting my $420 refunded to me.
