Wireless World is a great company to deal with. Staff was very friendly.

Wireless World is a ******* Wireless (VZW) retailer located in ******, ****. During the purchase of two iPhones in October 2021, I repeatedly stated that I did not want any add-ons or warranties. The bill of sale showed no add-ons. After my phones arrived and were activated, I receive an email from VZW that I had an add-on for service protection. I contacted the Wireless World manager about the add-on and was told that the salesperson had made a mistake and the service protection would be removed. The protection service wasn't removed and I was charged for the protection. After two additional visits to the store and talking to three assistant managers, I was told that the protection would be removed from my account but I would not receive a refund because it was a VZW matter. After two calls to VZW, they refunded my money per company policy. In summary, VZW treated me fairly but Wireless World employee(s) did not. Wireless World added a protection service to my account without my knowledge and would not remove the charge when asked. Based on this first-time customer's experience with Wireless World, I cannot recommend this company.

I do not recommend going to this location if your a minority. I filled out a application online originally to see if, I was approved which I was approved. I decided to wait and go in store to start service and pick a phone called around to all the Verizons in Iowa looking for a iPhone 13Pro *** in gold was told this location had them in stock. So I reserved the phone online and went into store to pick it up was told there was fraud prevention on my account and they couldnt take it off or call customer service with me in store , was told I had to wait 48 hours. I waited and came back in the following business day on a Monday and was told by a lady in store the fraud was still active and they couldnt do anything so I called customer service the **************************************************************************************************** store to get my service started , so I drove back to the store and when I entered the store I went to the first available rep and he told me he had things to finished and he would be with me . I waited and he walked away and went and got the store manager. She came over her name was (***) I explain to her I got the fraud protect taken off, she got my ID from me and information and told me she could not give me a phone because I was only approved for a certain amount financed I explain I was paying cash (full price ) for the phone she said she couldnt do that , so my cousin asked could he just had me on his plan and she said DOESNT FEEL COMFORTABLE doing that and No . We asked why she says because she doesnt. Then explained I had been to this location three times and each time was given and excused to why not , she then said because some people get the phones and sell them for money I explained I work and am also in college for my bachelors. She told us to go to the corporate because she couldnt help and that we needed to leave her store or she was calling the police which she in fact did call ************************
